From grain to glass we mill, mash, lauter, boil, ferment, carbonate, and package every batch right here in the heart of Truro, Nova Scotia. Where It All Started
Patricia & Jana Dellapinna established Truro Brewing Company in 2019 out of a love for brewing and sharing great beer.
Jana got her start brewing in the kitchen with kits and quickly climbed the ladder to all grain brewing. Through this experience, the advice of a friend, and visiting other local breweries to learn and brew along with them, she soon began making beer she was proud to serve and share. This love of sharing beer and watching people enjoy it, is what inspired Jana & Patricia to start Truro Brewing Company.
The brewery is named after the town that they call home together. Jana & Patricia are proud to have established the brewery here in Truro and hope that the locals will think of Truro Brewing Company as their local “watering hole.”
