Sadly it has come to our last few days in operation. We want to take time to thank everyone that supported our business over the last 4 years. Starting in a global pandemic (Feb. 2020) and pushing through a whole lot of bigotry and naysayers till Dec. 2024. We are Queer Women owned and proud that we NEVER ONCE sacrificed our morals and beliefs for ANYONE!

Join us for one last Friday and remember the times we had together, the joy we shared with our community and the fun we had along the way.

All day long, stop by in your coziest jammies, share stories and memories with all of our beloved regulars and friends. We encourage everyone to use our camera to take pictures together in your favourite spots around the taproom! There will also be a letter box for you to write out your notes to the owners and staff! These combined will create a special gift for our crew to look back on with the fondest memories.

Out 'n About is a monthly themed mixer (in collaboration with Truro Pride Society) to create a space for the 2SLGBTQIA+ Community to feel safer gathering with friends, supporters and allies alike. These events are free entry, all ages, all genders, all orientations!
Dress is theme (or not), meet new friends and vibe out in a low pressure, non-judgemental space.

Ghostly Hounds, is the folk project of Francesca Mirai, singer-songwriter-banjo player based in the Lekwungen territory colonially known as Victoria, BC. Often accompanied by Finn Letourneau on fiddle and vocal harmonies, they blend soulful folk and old-time music with a distinct, haunting sound.

Drawing inspiration from many genres, Francesca has become known for their unique vocals. They captivate audiences with a clear, soaring range, powerful projection, and just the right amount of grit, coalescing elegantly with traditional and modern banjo instrumentals. Finn’s masterful fiddle playing and vocal harmonies add depth and richness to Ghostly Hounds’ performances.
