A classic German Wheat Beer, pale yellow and naturally hazy. Light in body and mouthfeel, and very little hop aroma/flavour. Easy drinking, refreshing and highly carbonated with a thick lacey head. A gateway beer for those who are new to the world of craft beer, or who just prefer the light fizzy styles.

Namesake: Willow Street is a major connecting street in our town.
